BRIEF HISTORY & DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY |

| Nathoo
Mbenyane Engineers was established in 2000 with the merger
of Nathoo & Associates, which was founded in 1988
in Durban KZN and JJ Mbenyane Engineers (Anethwa Projects),
founded in 1995 in Mpumalanga. |

| Since
the merger, the company has branch offices in Nelspruit,
East London, Port Elizabeth, Cape Town, Ermelo, St Michaels
on Sea in KZN with its head office in Durban. |

| The
specialist fields of the company is vast and varied, ranging
from various facets of structural engineering and civil
engineering, in the design of bridges and in rehabilitation
design of roads and highways, quality control, productivity,
time and project management, costing and educating and
assisting smme's. |

| Management
of the practice rests with the directors, Mr NK Nathoo,
a registered Professional Engineer and Mr JJ Mbenyane,
Civil Engineer. |
| |
| The
company is registered with the South African Institute
of Consulting Engineers and Mr NK Nathoo is also an Associate
Member of the Institute of Structural Engineers - UK and
a member of the Concrete Society in South Africa. |

| We
at Nathoo Mbenyane Engineers strongly believe that the
community at large and the travelling motorist has much
to gain with the emphasis today being on improving and
maintaining our roads as well as the construction of new
roads, and township development. |

road maintenance and road rehabilitation is an area of
expertise we have to offer our clients. An exciting, challenging
and rewarding field of engineering, which demands only
the best designs, and motivates one to keep abreast of
new innovations. |

company has been involved in numerous joint venture projects,
which we believe has given us the added advantage of working
with some of the best minds in civil engineering and has
contributed to our varied knowledge and expertise. |
